This project seeks to build existing businesses technical capacities on business continuity management and entrepreneurship “My First Business”. Thus, improves business owner's capacities to manage their projects, control the financial aspects, assess the risks and determine their business priority articulated in a Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The SMEs will also receive consultancy services by the certified business advisors to help them design their plans and submit them for Mercy Corps to receive the grants from Mercy Corps.
